Goff's Caye may be found close to the south of Ambergris Caye, in the Caribbean Sea, off the coast of Belize. It was called after the land's previous owner, Goff, who had constructed his own personal island in this location. After that, he transacted the sale of the property to the government and gave the proceeds to the local neighborhood association. Goff's Caye is now the location of a number of hotels, restaurants, bars, shops, and other commercial establishments.

Since Goff's Caye was recently bridged across to Ambergris Caye, tourists now have much easier access to the destination. On Goff's Caye, the beach and the mangroves are the two primary locations that attract visitors' attention. The beach offers wonderful opportunities for swimming, snorkeling, and simply unwinding. The water is clear and peaceful, making it an excellent swimming environment for both inexperienced swimmers and those with more training.

The mangrove woods give a unique experience for visitors. Mangroves are a type of tree that is specialized to growing in salty settings and can be found growing along the shore. These trees are able to flourish in brackish waters and derive their nutrients from the soil in their immediate environment. As a consequence of this, they cause the development of dense plant life close to the shorelines.

In addition to this, mangroves provide another function, which is to prevent the erosion of coastlines. They are able to stop the accumulation of sediment and the formation of sand dunes because of their natural ability to filter toxins from the water.

Goff's Caye is known for its stunning natural scenery, but it also features a plethora of exciting activities. The activities available to guests include angling, scuba diving, kayaking, hiking, and bird viewing, among others. Because of its proximity to the town of San Pedro, Goff's Caye is another one of the most popular tourist destinations in the area.
